How much should I tip the person who cuts my hair?
There are very few people around here that do a good job cutting hair. I have found someone that does an awesome job, though it costs 17 dollars for a male haircut. How much would you tip?

Depending on how you like your hair usually it is anywhere between 8 to 15 dollars that is CAD. Cut 5 dollars . Cut and blow dry 8 dollars color cut and blowdry 15$. I think this is a fair tip. Shampoo girl usually is 2$.
