How much should I budget per camper per day for 3 meals, snacks, and kitchen supplies?
I am cooking for a three-day soccer camp. It involves 8 meals from Sunday supper through Wednesday breakfast. I anticipate 30-50 people, mostly teenagers (boys and girls) and adult coaches and chaperones. I am trying to build a budget to cover food, snacks, drinks, and kitchen cleaning supplies for the event.
