I wouldn't particularly value the domain "thefriendsplace.com", its a bit too close to thefriendSPACE.com (don't know if thats taken), which could lead to misdirected visits etc. I look for something distinctive when buying domains!
However, if its linked in well to something you're trying to do, only you can put a price on it!
