How much helium 4 is being emitted from the earth's surface?

Helium 4 can produce up to 24 Million electron volts in its synthesis?

Is there a way to calculate the amount of heat that 40 billion atoms per square meter produced.

Assume 5X10^14 square meters.

Nearly all of Earth's helium-4 is formed through radioactive decay of heavier elements and not by fusion.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helium#Occurrence_and_production

The estimated production flux of helium-4 is 1-3 x 10^6 atoms/cm^2/sec, for a global flux of 5 x 10^24 to 1.5 x 10^25 atoms per second. One mole (6.022 x 10^23 atoms) of helium-4 weighs just over 4 grams, so this represents about 40-200 grams of helium released per second worldwide.
