I believe there are too many factors (size of the vehicle, size of engine, etc.) to give very accurate numbers.
One site (sourced below) said up to 20% on a very hot day and 3 to 10% on a moderate day.
Interestingly, the other sourced site says that turning the air off and opening a window would likely "increase" your fuel consumption.
