This is incorrect. The $47,005 was for the month of June 2008 only as Ms. McGovern was hired June 1 2008 and the fiscal year ended June 30. Here is a quote from your source: "The CEO position was filled by Ms. McGovern in June of 2008. Prior to filling this position, Mark Everson was the CEO and he was compensated $280,637 for the period May 29, 2007 through November 27, 2007."
