How much does the article spinning is helpful for an author? It will pay more money for the author online?

I don't think it is necessary to spin the body of your articles. The search engines don't penalize you for "duplicate content" if you submit the same article to multiple directories.
Think about it, if you publish a great article that many webmasters republish on their sites - how could the SEs possibly penalize you for that? (What they do penalize you for though, is putting two pages with identical content on a site.)
However, you should spin the anchor text and the links in the resource box of your articles. The search engines appreciates variations on the anchor text, the links should also point to various pages, if possible.
