I take a shower in the morning before I leave for school or work -- basically, any time I'm going to leave the house and am not going to get a haircut. I can't leave the house without it because I just feel dirty and it irritates my skin when unwashed hair touches my face.

As far as baths, I take them whenever I feel like it, but they're more for relaxation than cleanliness. My record is three or four a day -- excessive, I know, and wasting water, but baths are just wonderful.

Just once every other day. I take what I call shower baths though. I start off in the tub and soak for about an hour, then stand up and shower.. get the best of both worlds that way.. you soak off the filth then rinse it off lol

I always shower at least once a day in the evening, I cannot go to bed dirty. But depending on what I do that day I sometimes shower in the afternoon. In summer weather I also shower in the morning and depending on what I do even four times a day, after getting out of a pool also. In addition the cost of a land line is minimal.

Per day? I'd say averages out to once. Generally I only shower in the morning.
However, sometimes on Saturday if I'm not leaving the house I don't bother showering, and just shower the next morning.
Then other days I shower in the morning then decide to go out after dinner I usually shower again.
I'm pretty much once/day though. Twice a day every day is too much for me, because my hair HAS to have product in it or it's a huge tangled mess, even tangled enough to FEEL uncomfortable. So even after badminton practice and such i rarely re-shower, I just go to bed and shower in the morning.
What the heck do I need to be clean when I sleep for?

On average once per day.

When I have the flu I may skip a day. Once in a blue moon I may sleep in and have an all day in pajamas stay at home day, in which case I may skip a shower that one day.

When I spend time in humid climates, there I must shower 2 to 3 times a day. Humidity kills me. If I did not shower that often in that type of weather, I would drown in my own perspiration.

I am finally back to a shower about once a day or every other day. The whole infant/toddler thing can really throw you off a showering schedule if you spend most of your day in the house or only go out a few times a week for whatever. Showers were definitely a luxury there for a while, and I admit to wanting to take more baths as well because it would give me some time to myself. Normally I'm not much of a bath person. Now I finally have a jacuzzi tub and I've used it like five times since we moved here last year. In my past life, I would shower before going to work because my hair sort of demands it in order to do anything resembling a style. Without the shower, the hair rebels.

Well, it depends on the weather but most often, I only shower once a day (but wash my private parts before I go to bed at night and after every time I urinate - splash with water). If the weather is too hot, I could take a bath/shower at least twice a day. When the weather is cold, I still take a bath (lukewarm water) once a day. But when I have my period, I don't take a bath at all, usually lasts for 3 days. I still wash my private parts so I won't smell bad.

Most times, I shower in the morning, or before I have to go to work. In the hotter months I may take one just to cool down, or "defunk" myself. If I'm going out, or am getting ready for a special occasion, I'll take one.

Honestly if I do not have to work, and I am in the house for the day, I may not....I'm the only one who has to deal with it if I stink.

And I agree with girlie....I can climb into an unmade bed, stinky and I'll sleep just as good as if it were freshly made and I had showered...I smell nothing while asleep

I shower once per day, and I like to do so at night.

First, I dislike having to bother with showering in the early mornings because that's the time when I'd rather be sleeping. Second, for me it is usually pointless to shower in the morning and then get dirty and sweaty all day long from chores and everything else I do. (If I am going to go out to lunch or dinner at a restaurant or something like that, then I will shower during the day to look my best before leaving the house.)

Personally, I love feeling clean and relaxed after a nice shower in the evening or at night, and I believe it helps me sleep whenever I finally end up in bed.
