How many points does it take to get M$?

You don't get money from points, you gain belt levels. To earn money you must answer questions and provide the best answer. You may also be tipped for a great answer even if it's not the best but that is more rare than being chosen as best answer.
If you are trying to make money this may not be the most productive use of your time. I will sometimes spen half an hour or more on an answer and if you broke down all the hours over the last few months I have been a member against the $15 I've made, it works out to like... Not much.
