How many people on Facebook maxed their friend count?

And what is the friend count? How can you max it out? Who has maxed it out? Do they have multiple accounts?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I havn't found anything exact yet. Just the almost 3% number...

http://zoecarnate.wordpress.com/2009/01/26/dear-facebook-please-lift-5000-friend-limit-a-modest-proposal/
"You get the picture. Ultimately, social networks are about connecting people, in all the weird & wonderful ways we choose to get connected. And please, Facebook, let’s not mince words: You are in this as a commercial endeavor. And while it’s true that less than 3% of us are at or approaching the 5,000 friend limit, we use your site a lot. And that’s good for business. And there are more of us out there, every day. (An unlikely crew of Todd Bentley, Mark Driscoll, and Brian McLaren have hit and are hovering around the 5,000 friend limit - goodness gracious)"

Funny tidbit...Way to go JC!

"Santa isn't the first to reach or complain about the limit -- prominent tech bloggers Robert Scoble and Jason Calcanis have both hit the limits. The limit is intended to keep Facebook resembling how real world social networks work since no one really has 5,000 friends."

i think if Jack Nicholson were to join Facebook he would have the best chance of maxing out his friend count. Who doesn't love JACK! Noone better raise their hands! (it was a rhetorical anyway!)
