A lot. There is no difinitive answer to this question, because there is such a large volume, and it hasn't been properly documented. You would think only a handful of people would visit such a cold and seemingly useless place, but that is not true. Antartica is used for a great many things. It used to be used for whaling, also some areas still drill oil or mine for other resources. The US actually has an under-ice facility that stores seeds of thousands of essential plants, in case some catastrophy should... i dunno, destroy the world or something. From what I can tell from the numbers that are available, visitors started small, grew to approx. 2000 per yr by the 1980's, increased again to around 10,000 in 1999. In 07, it had increased to around 37.5 thousand. It seems as though some people do enjoy a nice cold vacation... oh ya and others have to work there. BRRRR!! wouldn't like that job!
