"How many people could Fenway Park hold for a concert? (eg. #Phish)

For a concert it would be more than the normal 37,000 capacity of a baseball game. I would estimate about another 20,000 could fit in the outfield based on the layout of the Aerosmith concert on August 14th putting it around 57,000. Check out the image for the concert layout

For the 2008 season, Fenway Park's capacity was increased to 39,928

Yes but the capacity is for a Baseball game, concert field would be 39.928 (reserved seating) and maybe 20,000 more GA on the field. I would assume being the fourth smallest stadium it would hold 60,000+ General Admission for a concert such as PHISH
