There are three, Alyosha, Ivan and Dmitri.
However they get called by various other names, which are mostly different forms of the same name like Mitri or Mitya for Dmitri. That's the same way an American might get called William, Will, Bill and Billy on different occasions by different people.

Good point. I guess he is a half-brother, although not treated like a member of the family.
It was apparently not uncommon in Russia of those times for people to have illegitmate children that that simply weren't acknowledged or treated as if they were their father's.
