To give a good hug, I think I would need at least three seconds per person. So, that being said, if I had an eight hour shift of hug-giving, I could give 9600 3-second hugs non-stop. I would probably need a 1-second break between each hug, though, brining my grand total down to 7200 hugs. So unless I gave hugs for more than 8 hours, I wouldn't beat Teddy's record.
