How many daily points do YOU aim for on M.A.?

I might be biased towards the old timers with this question. White belt climbers, tell us your plan. :)

Personally, if I can't find any questions that I am qualified to answer, I just start reading all the confusing questions to learn more. That adds up to points...oodles of them.
Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

At first, I was aiming to max out my ability to get points.

Then, I was trying to get about 100 points a day.

Now, I'm more or less surfing on a few times a day to see if there's any questions that my expertise, interest or curiosity would help with, and also rating undecided questions. Which gets me somewhere between 50-100 points depending on how my day has been.

For the most part, I'm no longer answering questions if there's already a good answer on there or one I agree with.

Well, first I try to ensure I get my 40 points for rating undecided questions. I don't have a set limit on questions I will answer, but I try to answer 5 to 10 questions really well--hopefully ensuring that I might get 1 or 2 best answers down the line (although several people have told me they won't pick me because they want to "help" others earn points).

Haha I don't aim for any. I just answer the questions I know the answer to or can easily research. Some people ask questions about techy stuff, and I'm not really a techy person haha. :) So, I try my hardest, but no specific points I aim for. :)

I'm snowed in, so I've been active this weekend. There will be days I don't do much. Well, I could go out, but there's enough snow to make it a pain in the ass.

I've got no specific goal, a lot of time this weekend, so I may break 100 points in a day, but when I'm busier, frankly I don't care if I only get 10. Though I'd be somewhat annoyed if I miss a question I could answer well with a big payout :p

It took me a single day to stop having an aim per day.

The first day I ran through and got to my limit. They physically made me stop being able to answer questions.

Now I just answer the questions I have good input on, and let the points come in as they do.

I don't think anyone should "aim" for a certain amount of points on the site. I am here to help answer questions if I can... if that means I get 200 points a day or zero it doesn't matter to me, so long as I can look back and see I am doing my best to help others out.

I don't aim for any specific. I just answer any questions I can to help people out. I don't have a daily quota I am trying to hit. If I was just answering questions for that, I would be doing the community a disservice.
