How many cups of tea does it take to equal one cup of coffee? And can I drink them fast enough for it to wake me up before I have to pee?

It depends on the coffee and the tea.
1 cup of American style Black Coffee is roughly equal to two cups of ordinary orange Pekoe black tea. Assuming you have normal bladder function and digestion, you can easily drink enough tea to match the caffeine content of coffee.
Here are the variables:
Different coffee beans contain different amounts of caffeine
Roasting burns away caffeine, and darker roasts contain less caffeine than a light roast of the same bean
As roasted coffee beans age and oxidize, they can lose some of their caffeine content.
Different teas contain dramatically different amounts of caffeine. Typically most black teas contain more caffeine than green tea, and most green teas contain more caffeine than white teas. There are exceptions to this general rule though.
If you goal is to get caffeine from tea, you can buy caffeine fortified teas that are a match for coffee.
