How many churches or places of worship, if any are located right in the area Ground Zero (9-11)?
Are any churches or places of worship located in the Ground Zero? If so, please list them and what religion they are affiliated with. Most important if there are any Christian ones.

Well, The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce lists the ZIP Code for Lower Manhattan/Battery Park/Governor's Island/Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty Park as 10004. There are some areas that have their own-- Battery Park City is 92 acres of Lower Manhattan and the Battery Park City Authority is at One World Financial Center, 24th Floor, New York, NY and its ZIP is 10281 You'll also find 10280, 10282, 10007 and 10038 in Lower Manhattan (gotta enlarge that pdf map a lot to see them), but I think 10004 is the immediate area, so this should give you a a general idea:
(from Take a Walking Tour of Churches in New York City's Historical Downtown Area)
Our Lady of the Rosary
7 State Street, between Pearl St. and Water St.
Trinity Church
74 Trinity Place, between Rector St. and Albany St.
St. Paul's Chapel
Between Fulton St. and Vesey St.
St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church
22 Barclay St., between Broadway and Church St.
Transfiguration RomanCatholic Church
25 Mott St., between Worth St. and Bayard St.
Oliver Street Baptist Church
12 Oliver St., between Henry St. and E. Broadway
First Chinese Presbyterian Church
61 Henry St., between Market St. and Catherine Lane
You've got a Quaker Meeting in Battery Park.
And I haven't even gotten to synagogues.
Well one, at least: Battery Park Synagogue. http://www.bpsynagogue.org/
Bialystoker is down there, too (see map below):
"We are an historic orthodox congregation located in a landmark building on the Lower East Side of New York City."
Mahayana Buddhist Temple is down there on Canal. .Makes sense--that's right around Chinatown.
