But I'm going to say you may never get an answer. Lots of questions go unanswered.
If it's a general knowledge question I'm petting smoenherb is close with 2-3 minutes.
If it's a reasonable question that can be researched by anybody probably 10-15 minutes.
If it's a question that you have to already have specific knowledge of to answer it's anybodies guess. We may simply not have that expert yet to answer it.
