how long does it take for there babies to be born

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Normally babies are born after 9 months or 36 weeks inside the womb of a mother. Sometimes due to some complications of pregnancy, babies will be born when they're just 7 mos. but they still survive but they need special care and they are usually incubated and placed in neonatal intensive care unit of a hospital.

This information is inaccurate. A normal pregnancy is 38-42 weeks. A pregnancy is considered full term at 37 weeks. That pregnancy lasts 9 months is a misconception. It's also un-sourced naturally. NBA.

LMAO.. I didn't notice the about Swordtails part... I suppose my refuted fact is incorrect as well then as it's in reference to human beings and not fish.

To fix my own refuted fact the gestation period for a swordtail fish:
Quote----
After a gestation period of four to six weeks, the mother gives birth to 50-120 young.
End Quote------
