How long do you think it will take for Skype to develop an iPhone app that takes advantage of the front facing camera?

I don't think it would take Skype very long if they really wanted to do it. (And assuming Apple didn't make any problems for them!)
They are a company with plenty of resources and already have all the expertise need for video-calling and for iPhone app calling. I can't see mashing up the two - with the development resources they have - being too difficult.
However I don't know how big of a priority that would be at Skype.
My guess would be you'll see a Skype iPhone app with video calling in 3-6 months time.
