From personal experience, I have seen Ramen noodles cook completely in 2 and a half to 3 minutes, with the temperature on high. Make sure you keep a close eye on it after a minute and half, as the water tends to want to boil over. Prevent this by stiring it when the bubbles arise to the top of the bowl.
