How is Sims 3 different from the other Sims versions?
I have played every Sims version prior to Sims 3. Unfortunately the computer I had was way too slow to enjoy Sims 2, so I didn't even try Sims 3. Now that I have a faster computer I plan to get Sims 3, but would like to know what to expect. How many expansions are there for 3 and what are they? What do you like and dislike about Sims 3 as compared to prior versions of Sims?

I can’t say I’m a big fan of the Sims series…simply because I get bored really fast. However, I have some reviews on this game, and tried it for 2 weeks. What to expect? Hmmmm…
Better graphics. That’s the first thing.
Similar game play. If you played Sims and Sims 2, you know it
What I dislike? Nothing. Obviously it is an improved version of the previous episodes.

Why I’m not a fan? Because I don’t like to spend so many hours to paint walls and clean the garbage from a Sim house. For me it is a boring game. However, for casual gamers Sims 3 could be a hit.
