Being a transparent leader is not only a good quality of leadership but this is one kind of behavior that builds up credibility. If a leader practice transparency they will have inspired followers and make them dig and commit to the cause. A leader who practice transparency and who show respect and concern both for the individual and for good of all will result in amazing things to happen. The business will benefit from it as will because there will be an efficient process of decision-making and tactical execution as players are formed, speeding up of operations, and identifying problems ahead. By being transparent, leaders will be able to build trust and will have smooth collaboration with peers and followers.
One important element of transparency is to know how to open to be-just how much to hang on the line for every one to see. There can be too little transparency and there can be too much.
