How important is training and development in an organization?
Given the competition today how often should the employees undergo such activities?

Training and Development are often taken for activities one wished s/he had an option over. At best, skills training are taken seriously by employees. Trainers often say that organisations do not lay enough emphasis on the subject and the business often labels training ‘ineffective.’ I have had to grapple with these and many other complex issues in my career in training
