Several ways. "Mr. and Mrs. John Doe." Or, "John and Jane Doe." Or "The Does," although that looks weird, but you know what I mean....that's a helpful one if you don't know one of their first names.
If there's a kid, "The Doe Family." If you are only friends with John, "John Doe and Family."
