You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Here is your answer, part by part;
i. Removing Temporary Files: Do exactly as directed;
Go to "Start" (The green button at the left hand bottom corner of your quick launch bar) > Go to "Run" > Type "%temp%" (without quotes) > Press "Enter" > The folder containing temp files will open, wherein you can select all the files using Ctrl+A and then delete them using Shift+delete.
ii. Deleting cooking permanently: In your internet browser (Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, preferably Mozilla Firefox):
Click on "Tools" > "Options" > "Privacy" tab > Alter settings for cookies each time or set your privacy settings to "Private Browsing", as per your need. You may opt to delete the cookies. Private Browsing will never remember anything about your browsing.
iii. Buy a cookie cleaner from a trusted source and run it.
Hope that helps you. Thanks.
