M$For example, if you decide to go into law or teach English, you will likely not need any mathematics beyond high school, except for maybe one course in college. This is true for most careers - high school level math is usually more than enough for the majority of jobs in the real world. The only way you would be required to take more math than that would be if you choose a job that has a lot to do with mathematics. If you do that, you will have to take math in college and possibly graduate school as well.
