How does working as a contractor overseas affect taxes?
I am working as a government contractor in Afghanistan. I have heard anywhere from 82K to 90K of the money is tax free as long as I spend 330 out of 365 days. But I am not sure what else I need to worry about or need to know to make sure I keep as much of my money as possible. I am single and live in Colorado normally if that helps at all.
