Depends on what it is. I hate beans, but force myself to keep eating them. I have come to really enjoy them, and the creative ways I can prepare them.

Read some of Marcus Aurelius' "Meditations" for tips on how to be more objective, and see how things really aren't so bad... or at least are tolerable. Ask yourself why you dislike this person or situation, and what you should do about it. Talk to others, get their input on the specifics.
