How does one go about developing an idea they have for an iPad app?
I've seen the app incubator in the app store. Individuals can submit ideas directly to Apple and if they find the concept original and interesting they will fund and develop it, giving you a percentage. Is this a good way to get an idea for an app developed? If you have an idea for a game or an application for the iPad should you try to develop it on your own or find a technical partner?
