How does one become an event planner?
Is there a college that offers classes? What about an online one? It's always been a bit of a dream of mine, but i don't even know where to get started.

Study public relations, and from there you can learn how to publicize your events. Usually event planners are PR majors in college, and then go onto event planning. Sometimes they are other liberal arts majors such as History majors. New York University offers a Certificate course in Meeting, Conference, and Event Management.
