How does Olympus Mons on Mars compare with Mount Everest?

Olympus Mon and Mount Everest are both built on lava and Olympus Mons is the tallest mountain on Mars and Mount Everest is the tallest Mountain on Earth.

Olympus Mons takes up a massive amount of land space. It is the size of Arizona. Although Mars is smaller than earth it has no oceans,lakes or streams.Mount Everest is 6060 meters in size

Olympus Mons was formed due to landslides.
Lava has been spewing upward to form Olympus Mons for most of the history of Mars.
