Hello @vaca! The health benefits of green tea are well documented. Green tea is packed with antioxidants that helps fight free radicals which can cause premature aging.
You can maximize its benefit by using it as a topical treatment for the skin to protect it from damage brought about by being exposed to the sun, combat signs of aging, treat inflammatory skin conditions and soothe cuts and sunburns.

These are the benefits of green tea for skin
1. Topical green tea formulas minimizes sun damage because it neutralize free radicals and reduce inflammation. However it has no ability to block UV rays so it would best to use it together with sunscreen. You can also apply green tea formula using zinc-oxide-based sunscreen.

2. Green tea cream prevent premature signs of aging because it helps improve skin's elasticity.

3. Green tea has anti-inflammatory components that can heal skin problems like psoriasis, rosacea, and inflammatory lesions.
