How does Flickr rate compared to PhotoBucket?
Where would I find comparisons of Flickr versus PhotoBucket? Does Flickr have a larger following than PhotoBucket? Does Flickr have more applications for me to use than PhotoBucket?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Whether Flickr or Photobucket is better really depends on what you are looking for in a photo sharing site. Both sites offer the ability to upload photos, as well as organize them into albums and share them with friends – even those who are not registered users. Personally, I would say that Flickr is better because it offers a more professional layout and the community offers better quality photographs, which means you are in the company of better photographers – who can offer better photography tips and advice. Photobucket, on the other hand, feels more like a social networking site.
In terms of applications, both sites have photo sharing features as well as the ability to join communities and discussion forums. What I do like about Flickr is that so many applications have popped up (both by Flickr and third-party developers) that allows you to easily do things like upload photos to Flicr, download photos from Flickr, and even link your Flickr and Facebook accounts.
