How does Criss Angel 'walk through glass'?

I'm in the mood to bust a magician on Answers tonight ...

This (below) was another illusion from the show 'Mindfreak' that I really liked. Like last time, I am assuming no accomplices / trick photography (which may or may not be correct). This would mean the guy in the office is not 'in' on the trick somehow.

Given that, how is this 'walk through glass' illusion accomplished?

Tip for best answer: M$5.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It's a completely manufactured trick. Check out this reveal video:

Fantastic! This video explains the illusion 100%. Very simple -- and therein lies the cleverness. Another magician busted, another Answers user satisfied.

One theory: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/519421/criss_angel_through_glass_revealed/

He is certainly not above camera tricks.
