How does AirPlay for iPad work?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Having control over your media center or your very television is always the best when doing it wirelessly.
This may not be familiar to most people, but you can stream your media such as music, photos and videos from your iPad to your television set. This is made possible by AirPlay. It allows you to stream wirelessly all your photos, music, and video to your HDTV and speakers. You just need to have a digital media receiver, the Apple TV. You must see to it though, that your iPad and Apple TV are connected to the same network for AirPlay to work. When this happens, an icon for AirPlay appears and you can now do the streaming. With all of these you can listen to music, and view your videos and photos to your television screen.
