How do you talk to a real person on the phone for lost baggage for American Airlines?
The phone number we were given only is an automated service. They said our lost bag should have arrived hours ago, but no one has called us or delivered it yet.
Our tracking number keeps saying that it's being sent to the correct airport, but it's been that way for hours.
