1. First, you have to login to your iTunes account and accept new terms of policy.
2. Next is to click 'Gift App' button on the app listing screen.
3. The same as with song or music gifting feature, you will get some screens to enter name, email address of person you are gifting the app to complete the gift process. And you are done!
