How do you remove an app from an iphone?

Try to hold your finger on the app's icon for a time until the apps start to shake back and forth. Press the little 'x' in the top left hand corner of the app's icon. Press delete when the option appears. I hope this helps!

press on the home icon until all the icon start to dance(shake) then choose the app you want to remove by clicking the X button.
