How do you rate Wordpress or Blogger?
which one shall i use and why ,pls. explain
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

1. Blogger is free. Wordpress is free too though... XD
2. Blogger is more user-friendly than Wordpress. I've handled both so I have an idea which is easier between the two. Plug-ins are more easier to put on Blogger.
3. Both have more free templates... but Blogger's a lot easier to fix when it comes to templates. You can edit the CSS for Wordpress templates, but not the template or page itself. And with Blogger, I'll be willing to help you if you want. ;)
If you're a first time blogger, I suggest using Blogger instead of Wordpress. There are also lots of help and tutorial sites to guide you along.
Good luck on your blog! Tell me once it's up. I'll help you advertise it. :)

M$right on, they are both useable and Free. your link shows comparison of blogger.com vs. wordpress.com, but you can also have wordpress not on wordpress.com, that is the much better choice (but then not free anymore since you have to pay the hosting) but if you are serious about blogging that is the way to go, would go with either Blogger for simplicity or wordpress hosted on your own domain, my 2c,
Blogger is just so easy to use. It lacks some of the features in Wordpress, but it gets you up and running faster without all the php related headaches of Wordpress. User Friendly vote: Blogger, plus Google owns it so you can put up ads if you want.
Hardcore bloggers will probably say Wordpress hosted on their own site.
So depends on how much advanced funcitionality you need, I use them both!
