How do you present your blog?
I have accounts on most of the social networking sites, such as facebook and twitter, but I'm about to embark on my first blog.
For you bloggers out there, what do you find is the best format? Is it better to put personal anecdotes and social commentary in the same blog? Or do you leave personal stories for accounts like facebook where the people that are connected to you are people who you have pre-approved to view your information? (Provided, of course, that you have your security settings on high, which I do) How many blogs do you have?

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I used to keep all my personal stuff on my Myspace blog because it was more secure that way. I try to keep all my serious blogs separate but I do keep one that is a compilation of everything. I four blogs that I maintain regularly.
What you have to ask yourself is, "Do you want to be ecclectic or organized?"
You might start out with an ecclectic blog until you are more familiar with blogging. If you plan to make money blogging, you may choose to keep subject matter in line. It is much easier to SEO that way.
