How do you post on a Facebook Fan Page as your own Fan Page?

So I was visiting a Fan Page on Facebook. The address for that particular page was/is: http://www.facebook.com/DJDLish

What I noticed on the page as I was scrolling down the wall was that another "Fan Page" had posted on their wall. Note: the posting was not from an individual Facebook user, but from another Fan Page.
The posting on DJDlish's fan page was from Le Fashion Monster (another Fan Page --located at: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Le-Fashion-Monster/308983724493)

I have a fan page and I would like to be able to:

1) Post on other Fan Pages using my Fan Page name (rather than my own personal account).
2) Have other fan pages be able to post on my page
3) Place postings made on other fan pages onto my own fan page-- NOT simply inserting a link to it.

How do you do these things? In reviewing the particular fan pages I have mentioned, I know that something like this is possible.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It happens sometimes. Be cool. You're relatively new here, and so is jlburd. Sometimes people skim through things, or just answer without reading the details. I've been guilty of it when I started up.

Wow. Did you even read the question? This, in no way, even begins to answer my question.
