Quick Buttermilk Biscuits
2 cups sifted self-rising flour
5 tablespoons Crisco
2/3 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven 450 degrees. Sift flour into bowl. Cut in Crisco. Add buttermilk and stir. Roll out on floured board and cut with open end of a cup or glass. Place in greased pan. Bake 10-12 minutes.
