I have two answers here for you, merely location based.
If you are English, then I have found you a BBC Bramble Jelly recipe.
If you are American and mean "Jam" then I have found you an equally riveting BBC Jam recipe.
Please note, however, that the first one, the Jelly, doesn't actually sound like a jelly recipe because they tell you to put it in jam jars...
