how do you make good coffee that is already ground up ?
i was told do not wash your coffee pot with soap, you should rinse it out with hot water and salt.what is your opinion on this?

I don't know about washing the pot with salt and water. But to make a good coffee, you need good water.What I do is to make coffee in the morning, I get the tap water the night before and keep it in an open container for the chlorine to evaporate. The coffee filters must be kept in air tight containers. Otherwise, they can absorb odors from the surroundings and can affect the aroma of the coffee.
