Chicken Cordon Bleu is such a tasty dish and one which I have never tried cooking myself, mainly because it looks as if it would be complicated and fiddly.
I have had a look at several different sites with recipes for this classic dish and cooks.com has an astonishing 406 results for this dish! This is where you will find the most variety.
At a first glance, the one that appealed to me is on bonelesschickenrecipe.com, it looks very easy, with only six ingredients, including the pepper for seasoning!
I don't think this is a difficult dish to make, though I would allow a little time to get it right. All the sites give good step by step instructions and I have provided the links below, so you can compare them. Good luck!
