Just the essentials of any bread/cake: Butter, sugar, eggs, salt, baking soda, flour and.... the secret ingredient... BANANAS!!!! : )
I have used this recipe plenty of times and it always comes out superb. I sometimes throw on a little powdered sugar when the bread is done. I usually toss in some pecans though, but the bread itself will taste great without them.
