The most traditional way to kill a werewolf is with silver as in a silver bullet for example. Whereas a vampire is usually killed with impaling him with a wooden steak through the heart. Lately it seems that vampires are also killed with sunlight and cutting their heads off. Not too much has been done with werewolves but they are starting to become popular again.
