From a straight physics perspective you'll need to get your apparent temperature to drop to that of the surroundings, or else find a way to prevent your body heat from reaching the imager.
For a short while this can be achieved by a very cold shower, but that will only work until your body warms up again. Another option is to wear some suit that captures your body heat. Perhaps a full-body neoprene suit (but it has to fully cover your head, as that's a major source of heat loss, and will be very uncomfortable). One final way is if you can find a location that is about as warm as the human body, or which masks your heat signature (e.g. enclosed building).
