in the pc game of world of warcraft how do you become a master hammersmith ?

First of all you need to learn the blacksmith profession. Second: your profession skill has to be at least 300. After this you can visit your trainer. You need World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade to acces the master hammersmith. It can only be learned in Outland and you have to learn axesmith. Axesmith can only be accesed by weaponsmith.
I don't know what race you are playing with therefore I can't tell you where you can find the trainer.
